    Can I take Inner Health while I’m on antibiotics*, or should I take it after a course?

    Commence Inner Health Advanced on the first day of antibiotic use. Separate dose from antibiotic by two hours. Continue for the duration of antibiotic use and for a minimum of two weeks after. Always read the label use only as directed.

    *If you have been taking a course of antibiotics, a probiotic such as Inner Health Advanced may assist in maintaining the balance of good bacteria.

    When is the best time to take Inner Health?

    The best time to take Inner Health probiotics is when you remember to! For many people it is easier to take Inner Health probiotics with a meal. Fortunately the bacteria in Inner Health are resistant to stomach acid and bile so they can survive the harsh environment in your stomach when you eat. Some people find that they prefer to take it before breakfast, as this starts them off for the day. Others prefer to take it last thing at night before going to bed. Fortunately it does not really matter when you take it, as long as you remember to take it. The only time when it does matter is if you are taking antibiotics*. If this is the case, then separate the dose from the antibiotics by at least two hours.
