Each capsule contains:
Lactobacillus rhamnosus (LGG®) 10 Billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis ssp lactis (BB-12®) 10 Billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus (LA-5™) 2 Billion CFU
Directions
Pregnant & Breastfeeding women: Take 1 capsule daily or take as directed by a healthcare professional.
Capsules can be pulled apart and powder added to food or liquid if preferred.
